Rants
just 1 month and 11 days in my new job n here is my 2nd post of frustration... shucks...
my whole department is made up of mostly undergraduates but there is this lady who is older and had more experienced (she's around my mum's age)... she's like the manager of the dept but she's always a blur person... she will ask u 2 do things without giving u clear instructions...
if not she will say she ask u 2 do something but in actual fact no... i noe ppl tend 2 forget when they are busy but i think its a bit too much if it happens too often too...
she oso like 2 rush things... sometimes it takes time 2 do certain task but 10 mins later she will ask if u r done... arh... n it really gets on my nerves...
2day she ask me 2 call some ppl but e other party juz doesnt want 2 pick up e line n she's like asking me 2 call him every 20 mins... she says tt she's busy so she cant call... i mean i'm busy too... u think i'm so free 2 call ppl every min??
my supervisor has e intention 2 convert me 2 perm n hr has given e offer but i just cant decide...
i mean e benefits gd but pay is low n e sometimes some ppl here r really unreasonable... man... tough decision 2 make... ...
